Loved the chilli and curries and cottage pie. Made the Doner was great for the family who love very spicy but when I make it again will use half pack for my taste. Wonderful products xx

Seasoning arrived on time and have used the Cajun on chicken breasts beautiful flavours, put slits into the breasts to maximise flavour,put the rub on overnight, pan fried in fry light until golden brown and has a slight crust on them then finished off in the oven mmmmmmmmm. also nice on potato wedges if any spices left. Also jerk pork chops, again soaked in the rub overnight and pan fried in fry light finishing off in the oven served with spiced greens, rice & beans. I must admit as a chef these spices are good.

My seasonings arrived promptly as promised and last night made the Gumbo using the Louisiana Creole - it was delicious!!! My Slimming World leader recommended you and I am so glad she did. I have a weeks menu all planned out using the various ones I ordered. Thank you for making cooking every day a lot more inspiring.

I've just made the chicken jelfrezi...to the letter and let Mrs B who's a very fussy curry eater taste it ....her words were "stunning ...completley stunning . I have too agree with her .....looking forward to a nice supper when we come in tonight ...what a great product

Initially had a problem with delivery that was no fault of JD Seasonings but a quick phone call and everything was sorted out ...they even delivered the order by hand and next day ! Great service and a friendly voice on the other end of the phone is all most people want ..... I'll be back on here soon when I've tried one of the pots ...... peri peri mmm

Well I joined the Army as a young 16 year old boy. Had the BEST training you can have and became a very accomplished chef. That was now 31 years ago. In that time I've cooked many a Chilli. There's been lots of variations, heat levels etc. As a slimming world member (Now a consultant, having list 7st), I found Chilli my go to dish and used it loads in the early days to stay FULL, losses after losses followed. After making today's chilli for our Nachos feast tea, I can quite easily say "I've never made a Chilli as easily to follow as using the JD Seasonings chilli mix". It was so blimming tasty we both went back for seconds. I did add a little extra Easy chilli, beef stock pot just cause I like it spicy and beefy, but wow..... Used the Primula light cheese HEA and 5syns worth of Mozzarella (2.5syns each), worth them without hesitation. What to try next???? Loads of Speed in the Chilli... Onions, mushrooms, peppers, courgette, baby corn, grated carrot and small salad on the side...Oh and the Chip & Wedges spice on the wedges...

Just tried the chicken balti we both really enjoyed it although one half was made with quorn for my husband which worked just as well . Will certainly be trying other flavours .

So far I've had the Balti, Rogan Josh and Chilli - outstanding. I love all of those dishes but the number of spices to make it right is always a pain. I love these one-pot stops. I have them shipped to America in bulk and they've saved my diet. Love them.
